Do you need previous sailing experience?
No. The design is intended so that anyone can participate. The crew guides and adapts the activity to the group.
Can you do a team building without intense “physical” activities?
Yes. There are gentle formats focused on cooperation, communication and on-deck dynamics, without requiring high physical effort.
What duration do you recommend?
It depends on the objective. For quick cohesion, 2–3 hours work very well. For alignment and a team “reset,” a half day or full day adds more value.
What happens if the weather changes?
We always include a contingency plan: route adjustments, schedule changes and onboard configuration changes, aiming to keep the experience safe and comfortable.
Can you include food or a cocktail?
